Northern California community college and high school journalism students are invited to spend an afternoon jam-packed with short workshops led by local media professionals and Humboldt State journalism students during our inaugural Journalism Day April 14.
Students and their advisers from Mendocino, Trinity, Humboldt, and Del Norte counties are invited to attend.
The journalism department anticipates this event becoming an annual conference for scholastic journalists on California’s North Coast.
The event is free to students involved in making media at Northern California public, private and charter schools. Participation is limited. Student who register before March 10 will be given priority.
